For years I was a corporate executive assistant — calendars, deadlines, always-on, never enough hours. I was good at it. And quietly exhausted by it. Yoga crept into my life as a survival tool, and slowly it became everything.
After 15 years of deepening my own practice, I made the leap: I flew to India and completed my 300hr Yoga Teacher Training there. Being immersed in the birthplace of yoga — the philosophy, the stillness, the community — changed me in ways I'm still discovering.
I came home lighter, slower, and so much more myself. Now I live a calmer life, and I teach from that place.
